RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at gke10152@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

• Sale items are FINAL SALE once we receive the confirmation (One Time Password) from the customer. 
• The customer can cancel the order before processing or sharing the One Time Password for generation of e-token which ever earlier.
  
• Refund will be issued only before generation of Digital Signature Certificate. Once the Digital Signature Certificate is processed and the E-token is issued the refund will not be processed for E-token.
  
• Only damages to the physical token are accepted and will be replaced or refunded.
• The E-Token provided by the eMudhra once downloaded to the Physical token will not be downloaded again as per the T&C of eMudhra. so the customer has to pay again for E-token.
  

 

Pricing Policy

The Pricing will be as per price variations decided by the eMudhra the provider of DSC, as we are the vendors the price will be after adding the Margin to the price fixed by the eMudhra. the prices may be changed at the discretion of www.authorisedpartner.com (GK Enterprises) with or without any prior intimation.

Shipping Policy 

The DSC Physical token will be shipped through any of the courier services available for the time being and the charges for shipping are not included in the price of the product. The shipping period as decided by the courier service provider.
